Dear comrades of KOE,
Please accept our warm revolutionary greetings to your 3rd congress. The Greek resistance movement against the imperialist oligarchy is crucial for entire Europe. Not only that you got our full support and solidarity to foil the plans of the oligarchy and bring down its Greek regime. We strongly believe that to forge such a revolutionary front able to fulfil this task requires an enormous political elaboration. The old formulae of the left are worn out and often used as a cover to neglect the new popular movement. On the European scale we need to develop instruments to build out of these popular movements, which are marked both by the defeat of Soviet socialism as well as the recent implosion of casino capitalism, a new transitional project of radical rupture with impero-capitalism. Despite the fact that the inequalities (also the political ones) within Europe grow bigger and bigger, we propose to co-operate in this struggle as much as possible.
