Dear Comrades
On behalf of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) I wish you well in the struggle to unite all progressive forces in the fight against the current efforts of international finance capital to reduce the Greek masses to penury. We salute the Greek resistance and trust that under communist leadership it will be able to impose on the reactionary forces the only real solution to the economic disaster currently facing the people of Greece, namely the establishment of socialism under the dictatorship of the proletariat. In spite of the acuteness of the crisis in Greece, we realise that the struggle ahead is both arduous and complicated, but may your ultimate success come sooner rather than later, and may your forthcoming Congress prove to be an important stepping stone in the path of the Greek proletarian revolution.
